Shipping & Returns

Unconditional Returns Policy For Paperwork Arrangers
You may return all unused stock Paperwork Arrangers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less the shipping costs assosciated with the order (the original and return shipping costs). If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the outbound and return shipping costs as well.

Please note that large orders, typically over $500, are not considered stock items.  Large orders for stock items, are returnable, less the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

In both cases, you must get a Return Authorization number from us prior to returning the product.  We will not accept returns without this number. Please call us at 877-DR-STUFF.  Alternatively, you can simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button and we will contact you to arrange the return.

Custom orders, including items that are manufactured specifically for you such as non-stocking colors, are not returnable.

You should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 business days).

Shipping
Currently, we ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

Chargebacks
Doctor Stuff works hard to keep our prices low. In order to achieve this, we try to keep our costs low.  One of the growing costs associated with our business are fraudulent chargebacks from credit card processors by customers that forgot that they ordered an item.  Each time we receive a chargeback, we are financially penalized, leading to higher overall costs.  Therefore, we have instituted a $50 fee for any chargeback that is ruled in our favor.  We are happy to work with anyone regarding an order and an unrecognized charge on your credit card, but please save us the added cost and time associated with an actual chargeback.
